With over 300 square meters of meeting space, we offer flexibility and versatility to meet today's business demands.

Mahogany Hall

Mahogany Hall is our spacious and accommodating Grand Ballroom used for a variety of corporate and private events. Adjacent to Mahogany Hall is Walnut Theater for enjoying cinema and karaoke. Located a floor above Mahogany Hall is Rosewood Hall which can be divided into Maple Room (VIP lounge), Chestnut Room (dining area/board room), Oak Library, and Ebony Room (training and seminars).

When you enter the main lobby, you will experience a western style of the main building. The main lobby is a suitable place for meetings and enjoying coffee or tea. The private living room and dining rooms are lavishly decorated. Photo sessions in these two rooms are a must. A small library is available for our guests to spend time for readings and working on the internet to keep in touch with family and friends and to share their marvelous time staying with us.

Rosewood Hall

Rosewood Hall’s grand lobby area has breathtaking terraces facing north and south. The staircase to the north terrace is the most chosen spot for group photos. The morning sun and breeze from the mountain at the north terrace are enjoyed by guests. The south terrace is a place for those who appreciate the sun set. The views of Mt. Salak to the right and Mt. Gede and Mt. Pangrango on the left, along with the cool breeze of fresh mountain air, will be the best way to enjoy your evening before dinner.

One floor above Rosewood Hall, there are 7 suites located on the Mezzanine Floor. All suites are designed for the comfort and joy of those who stay there. A special Bridal Suite is a place you will remember and want to come every year to celebrate wedding anniversaries.

Currently we can accommodate up to 30 VIP guests comfortably in the suites of our main building, and additional villas are currently under construction to accommodate more overnight guests in the future. Should our clients need additional rooms, we will arrange them at our business associates nearby.

Meeting Package

In accommodating the dynamics of modern corporate meeting styles, Artee is equipped with 4 function rooms and a VIP Lounge. All rooms feature state of the art audiovisual equipment and including the following: complimentary wireless broadband internet access, LCD projectors, and screens.

What is our wedding capacity?
Mahogany Hall - Grand Ballroom:
Up to 400 persons for standing reception.
Or 15 tables for round tables of 10 persons comfortably seated.

Poolside Venue: Up to 200 persons for standing reception.
How long do guests need to book in advance for a wedding event?
We recommend at least 6 months prior to the wedding day.
What kind of wedding catering packages do you have?
Guests may choose from our Asian or International wedding cuisines according to taste.
Do the wedding packages include a wedding planner?
No, they are not included. However, we may give references on wedding planners to assist preparing your special day.
Would it be possible to have a food tasting before the wedding day?
Yes, we suggest to have a food tasting of the chosen menu 2 months prior to the wedding day.
When should the bride and groom finalize the menu, program, and set up?
We will arrange a final meeting with the bride and groom and all other vendors who take part in the wedding arrangements at least two weeks prior the wedding day.
What is your term of payment?
Artee requires a down payment to be settled within 7 days after reservations are complete. Second deposit of 50% from the total minimum revenue is required to be settled 3 months prior to the event. Final payment should be settled at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Additional Amenitites
Additional amenities may be required to meet the needs of your group. Let our experienced staff assist you in selecting the ideal setting as well as organizing all the extraneous details associated with your event. Dining and hospitality spaces are also available. Setup seating can be set in a variety of formations, based on the most appropriate setup for your particular event.
